We still have some work to do in this room but the big projects are done.  We gave the bookshelves and mantle a fresh coat of white paint, repainted the walls a lighter color SW Kilim Beige, and replaced the verticle blinds with chocolate brown curtains.  Still to do:  hang art above the sitting area, clean the paint splotches from the previous owner's sloppy job off of the brick, and paint the fireplace cover something other than the hideous brass!
